About Duo Energy

Duo Energy is a growing electrical and renewable energy contractor specialising in solar PV installations, heat pump systems, and general electrical works. We currently have a strong pipeline of solar PV projects in Lincoln and Rotherham, alongside nationwide electrical contracts, and are looking for experienced subcontractors to support ongoing work.

Scope of Works

• Solar PV installations (domestic & commercial)
• Electrical installation works associated with renewables
• General domestic and commercial electrical installations
• Testing, commissioning, and fault finding

Requirements

• Proven experience as an electrician (self-employed/subcontract basis)
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Solar PV installation experience (essential)
• Understanding of heat pump systems (advantage)
• Own tools & transport
• ECS / CSCS card preferred
• Public liability insurance

Mandatory Health & Safety Training (in date):

• RAMS Awareness
• Manual Handling
• Asbestos Awareness
• Working at Heights
• COSHH
