Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a fully qualified, time-served electrician with strong domestic experience. Solar PV experience is not essential—we’re more interested in candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

This role is ideal for an electrician looking to move into the renewable energy sector and build a long-term career in solar and battery storage

Training & Career Progression
We will invest in the right candidate by providing full training and funding recognised courses in:

• Solar PV installation
• Battery storage systems

You’ll initially join the team to learn our systems, processes, and installation standards. As your experience grows, you’ll be supported to progress into running your own solar installation team.

Pay Structure

• Training period: £20 per hour (while developing solar knowledge and experience)
• Progression: Once confident and competent to lead your own team, you will move onto our price-work structure
• Earnings potential: £60,000 – £85,000+ per year
