We are Scotland’s largest independent provider in the Able-to-Pay market, the first Octopus-accredited Cosy Heat Pump installer in Scotland, and a Hive-accredited Solar installer. The Role

You’ll be involved in the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, and Battery Storage Systems in domestic properties.

  • Initially, you’ll work alongside one of our experienced teams to learn our systems and processes
  • You’ll then progress to leading and managing your own two-person team
  • Ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to our high standards

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: £45,000–£52,000+
  • Long-term job security within a stable, ethical, and growing company
  • Career progression in the fast-growing renewable energy sector
  • Training & development on all our product range
  • Company van & fuel card
  • 28 days paid holiday, plus an extra day off for your birthday
  • A supportive, collaborative team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in domestic heating controls (S- or Y-Plan) and/or Solar PV installations
  • Air Source Heat Pump experience is advantageous but not essential — training provided
  • City & Guilds 2330-07 Level 3 (or equivalent electrical qualification)
  • City & Guilds 2382-10 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations)
  • Experience with testing, inspection, installations, and reactive maintenance
  • Comfortable working directly with customers in their homes
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety, risk assessments, and COSHH
  • Physically fit and capable of meeting the role’s demands
  • A strong service-led attitude, taking pride in workmanship and respecting customers’ homes
