Electrician

We are expanding our network of self-employed subcontractors to partner with us for disrepair, responsive repair, and maintenance projects in London, particularly in the borough of Croydon and surrounding . Having recently secured a new opportunity, we are seeking experienced tradespeople to join forces with.

We Are Looking For: Multi-Trades, Plumbers, Gas Engineers, Carpenters, Plasterers, Painters, Electricians, Gardeners, Handymen, Cleaners and Labourers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in your area of trade/s with supporting references.
• Relevant qualifications, a valid CSCS card and DBS check are preferable.
• Confidence in using your expertise to recommend best practice repair and maintenance solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide detailed scopes of work and closing reports.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
• Own hand tools, a vehicle and valid UK driving license.
• Availability to flexible work
• Ability to quote for remedial work confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and prepared to disrepair and responsive repair requests.
• Wear any required branded uniform and ID card.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing reassurance and explaining the work to be done.
• Share your knowledge and expertise with customers.
• Deliver high-quality repair and maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction. Remove and dispose of any waste and leave your work space tidy
