We have openings for electricians

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Electrician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, as well as electrical components for industrial machinery. We work with commercial clients, so you must be able to diagnose and repair electrical wiring problems in a variety of commercial buildings, such as outlets, lighting, servers, and electronic equipment connections. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of professional experience and has extensive knowledge of different types of electrical networks.

Salary and Benefits:.

● 40 Hours paid vacation earned after the first year. 80-hours paid after 5 years.

● Imperial Electric Co. is always looking to promote from within. We encourage all of our electricians to get their journeyman license. We offer the option for reimbursement for qualifying journeyman training schools.

Electrician Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify electrical problem areas on-site that need replacement or repair
• Perform repair or replace wiring when necessary
• Troubleshoot and ensure that the electrical system is working properly before leaving client location
• Maintain and store tools and equipment properly
• Completion of an electrician program at a vocational school or an electrician apprenticeship
• Current electrician license
• 2+ years of electrician experience preferred
• Proficient with standard industry tools and techniques.
• Able to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
