Electrician

Job Overview
We are seeking a couple of skilled and dedicated JIB Gold card Electricians to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for 2nd fixing of sockets and lighting.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety standards.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete installation and repair tasks.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects on time.

Skills

• Proven experience working as an Electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, etc., as well as power tools including drills and saws.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients. Candidates should possess relevant electrical experience and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team. A valid qualification in electrical installation or maintenance is preferred, along with the ability to adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £240.00-£241.00 per day
