Electrician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled, qualified and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in electrical work.

Duties

• Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organised to promote safety and efficiency
• Test electrical systems to confirm proper operation before project completion
• Follow all health and safety protocols to minimise risks associated with electrical work

Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrician
• Proficient in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, and multimeters
• Skilled in operating power tools including drills, saws, and cable cutters
• Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation or maintenance are essential
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
• Commitment to adhering to health & safety regulations at all times

Day rate to be discussed and is dependant on experience and qualifications.

Own vehicle and tools are essential.
