Job Title: Electrician (EV Charge Point Installer)
Salary: £45,000 per year + Overtime + Allowances

Location: West Lothian & Edinburgh (with occasional travel and working away)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our growing team, specialising in the installation of EV (Electric Vehicle) charge points. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-growing sector, supporting the UK’s transition to sustainable transport.

The role will primarily cover domestic and commercial installations across West Lothian and Edinburgh, with some projects requiring travel and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of EV charge points in residential and commercial settings
• Conducting electrical testing, inspection, and fault finding
• Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
• Completing job reports and documentation accurately
• Providing a high level of customer service on-site
• Supporting other electrical installation work as required

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Electrician (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience with EV charge point installations (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
• Gold Card
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required
