Homesafe Electrical is seeking an experienced and reliable Electrician to join our expanding team. We specialise in providing electrical services for letting agents, landlords, and managed rental properties, so professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.

We are looking for a qualified electrician holding NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and 18th Edition, with a commitment to high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Carrying out EICRs & remedial works Responding to landlord/emergency callouts Completing electrical maintenance for rental portfolios Ensuring compliance with current regulations Working professionally in tenant-occupied properties

Experience within the domestic rental sector is highly advantageous.
