Job Details:

Redbridge and Sons Property Services Ltd are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join our further expanding workforce and be part of the company’s future development. Redbridge & Sons Property services are a leading electrical and heating company based in Gloucester and providing a wide range of Sustainable Energy Solutions for the drive to Net Zero for businesses and homeowners alike throughout the south west. This is an exciting and varied role with opportunities to work with the latest renewable and smart home energy technologies.
Requirements:

• You will be expected to work on various private domestic customers and commercial contracted works providing quality electrical installations and testing/inspections.
• The works will include a wide range of Renewable Energy product installations on domestic and commercial properties. (Including Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging, ASHP’s, controls systems, LED lighting, ZEB units, infrared heating and air-conditioning systems.)
• Attending sites and fault finding any electrical issues.
• Completing domestic and commercial EICR’s.
• Installation of smart heating controls systems.
• Installation of energy efficient lighting systems.
• General Electrical installation and containment works.
• The ability to work on your own but also willing to help other team members and apprentices when required.
• Maintaining a safe working site and adhering to all health and safety procedures.
• Be willing to travel – mainly Gloucestershire, Bristol and surrounding areas with the possibility of some overnight stays as per project requirements.
• Product training will also be provided to the successful applicant on specialist products.

Qualifications:

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• AM2
• 18th Edition. With qualifications of 2391 being preferable, although further training could be offered to the successful candidate.
• Full and Clean Driving License.

Working Week: 40 Hours per week. (Full time position)

Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch. Some overtime may be available.

Salary negotiable dependent on experience, up to £41,000.
