Warehouse Eighty Eight is a specialist commercial electrical contractor based in Great Dunmow, delivering high-quality installations, compliance, and innovative electrical solutions across Essex, London, and East of England.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard.

The Role

We’re looking for a fully qualified, experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis, working across a range of commercial projects.

This role would suit someone who is confident working independently, but also values being part of a professional, high-performing team.

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial electrical installations

Proven ability to deliver high-quality work in live environments

Essential/Ideal

● ECS Gold Card (essential)

● Full UK Driving Licence

● Based within reasonable access to Essex or London

● Own hand tools (cordless tools preferred – specialist tools supplied)

● Strong problem-solving ability and initiative on site

● High standards of workmanship and attention to detail

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Flexible approach to working hours (including occasional weekends)

● Professional, respectful, and customer-focused attitude

Alternative Route – Self-Employed to Employed Pathway

We also welcome self-employed electricians looking to grow with a company long-term.This can begin as a subcontract role, with a clear pathway to a full-time employed position once it’s the right fit.

Working Hours & Package

● Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 16:30

● Full-time, permanent (or subcontract-to-permanent option)

● Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
