Electrician

Job Summary

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Electricians to join our growing property services company. The successful candidate swill be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, inspections, and repair works across residential and commercial properties throughout London.

This role is ideal for electricians looking to work within a fast-paced property maintenance environment, supporting landlords, estate agents, property managers, and commercial clients. The position offers ongoing work opportunities within a professional and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance works across residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Install and replace sockets, lighting, fuse boards, appliances, and other electrical components.
• Conduct electrical inspections, testing, and fault finding where required.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with current UK regulations and health & safety standards.
• Respond to reactive maintenance and emergency callouts when necessary.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, clients, and property managers.
• Complete work within agreed timeframes while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Requirements & Experience

• Must be a qualified Electrician.
• Experience within property maintenance, construction, or residential/commercial environments is advantageous.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of current UK electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage jobs efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional communication skills.
• Own tools and transport preferred.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications required (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, 18th Edition).
• ECS Card and testing qualifications are advantageous.

Pay: Up to £100,000.00 per year
