Role: Electrician – Residential & Commercial

Location: Site Based in Central & North London

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (Basic, DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out containment, sub main wiring, lighting installation and testing to commercial priorities and some domestic
• Delivering high standards of workmanship while adhering to project timelines and compliance requirements
• Ensuring safe working practices in line with current regulations and company procedures
• Providing excellent customer service when engaging with clients
• Collaborating effectively with supervisors and other trades across sites

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
• 2391 Testing & Inspection (preferred but not essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience working in social housing or commercial environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A reliable, safety-conscious approach with a keen eye for quality
