Electrician

Overview
We are a real estate investment company seeking a skilled Electrician to support residential renovation projects across Northeast Ohio. This role involves working on full electrical systems in single-family homes, from service entry and panels to interior wiring.

We offer flexible engagement options, with opportunities available for both W2 employees and 1099 independent contractors.

Duties

• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot electrical systems in residential renovation projects
• Perform full-house electrical work including panels, wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting
• Work independently to diagnose and resolve electrical issues
• Follow project timelines and complete work efficiently
• Assist with general construction tasks when electrical work is limited

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience (renovation experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of full-house electrical systems, including panel and wiring work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Must have own tools and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable traveling between multiple job sites

Additional Information

• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Materials provided; electrician must provide own tools
• Opportunity for pay increase upon full-time hire
• Location: Northeast Ohio (Cleveland, Akron, surrounding areas)

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
