Electrical Maintenance:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, lighting, sockets, circuit breakers, and distribution panels in restaurant branches.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Conduct routine electrical inspections and preventive maintenance across all branches.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
Air Conditioning & Ventilation Systems:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems including split units, central AC, and ventilation systems.
- Inspect and maintain exhaust systems and ventilation units used in kitchens.
- Monitor system performance and ensure efficient cooling and air circulation in restaurant environments.
- Perform routine cleaning of filters, ducts, and condenser units.
Kitchen Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and food preparation equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues related to kitchen machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and food safety compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers or specialized technicians when advanced repairs are required.
Preventive Maintenance & Inspections:
- Implement scheduled preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems, AC units, and kitchen equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they affect operations.
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and equipment service records.
- Branch Support & Emergency Response
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests from restaurant branches.
- Travel between branches to conduct maintenance, repairs, and system checks.
- Ensure minimal disruption to restaurant operations during repairs.
