Job Summary:

Global Prefab General Contracting LLC is hiring skilled Electricians and Plumbers to join our growing prefab and modular construction team in the UAE. Candidates must have hands-on experience in electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance, and testing for modular and prefabricated units.

Key Responsibilities: For Electricians:

• Install, test, and maintain electrical systems and wiring in prefab units.
• Connect switches, sockets, lights, DBs, conduits, and panels.
• Read and interpret electrical layouts and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot faulty circuits and electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE electrical codes and safety standards.
• Support in testing and commissioning of prefab buildings.

For Plumbers:

• Install and maintain PPR, PVC, and GI piping systems for water and drainage.
• Fix sanitary fittings, fixtures, and water heaters in modular units.
• Read and follow plumbing drawings and schematics.
• Conduct leak tests, repairs, and maintenance as required.
• Ensure all installations meet UAE plumbing and safety standards.

General Duties:

• Work closely with other trades (carpenters, welders, HVAC, civil).
• Follow HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies at all times.
• Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in good condition.
• Support workshop and on-site installation activities as per project schedule.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as an Electrician or Plumber in the UAE or GCC.
• Experience in prefab or modular construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety and installation standards.
• ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Plumbing is an advantage.
• Physically fit and ready to work on-site or in workshops.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
