Electrician (Construction background)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Electrician with 5-6 years' experience to manage electrical works on villa construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate excels in hands-on installations, site supervision, team coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety standards for timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years' experience as Senior Electrician or similar in UAE villa construction (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in electrical wiring, lighting, power systems, and LV installations.
• Ability to read electrical/shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and specs.
• Proven supervision of electricians and subcontractors on-site.
• Knowledge of materials, testing (e.g., insulation, earth continuity), and troubleshooting.
• Coordination skills with site engineers, MEP teams, and other trades.
• Excellent problem-solving, safety awareness, and leadership abilities.
• UAE labor card and relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute all electrical installations at villa sites.
• Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Verify installations match drawings/specs; conduct inspections and testing.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and trades for seamless integration.
• Manage material usage, report shortages, and handle commissioning/troubleshooting.
• Enforce safety protocols, DEWA compliance, and site cleanliness.
• Meet project timelines and resolve on-site electrical issues promptly.
