We are looking for a skilled Electrician/Plumber with hands-on experience in building maintenance and construction works. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in the field and 1 year of experience working in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems in residential and commercial projects.
• Troubleshoot issues related to wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, piping, drainage, pumps, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with Dubai regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems.
• Prepare material requirements and report any needed repairs or issues to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an electrician and/or plumber.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing tools, systems, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant trade certificates are an advantage.
