Electrician cum Plumber

The Electrician cum Plumber is a versatile role that involves maintaining and troubleshooting both electrical and plumbing systems. This position requires expertise in handling electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and plumbing-related tasks, including pipe installation, water heaters, and drainage systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
• Diagnose electrical and plumbing problems and perform necessary repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems, including pipes, water heaters, and drainage systems
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Journeyman or master electrician and plumbing license
• Proven experience as an electrician and plumber
• Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing codes and safety standards
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical stamina and dexterity
