Electrician cum Plumber

Job Description:1. Electrical Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, outlets, and lighting systems.
• Inspection & Testing: Perform electrical inspections to ensure systems and equipment are working properly and safely. Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems.
• Safety Compliance: Follow local building codes, safety standards, and regulations when working on electrical systems. Ensure safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
• Upgrades & Maintenance: Install new electrical equipment and upgrade old systems to improve performance or comply with current standards.

2. Plumbing Responsibilities:

• Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and other related equipment.
• Drainage & Sewer Systems: Clear blockages, fix leaks, and ensure proper water flow and drainage in pipes and sewer systems.
• Water Supply & Fixtures: Install, replace, and repair fixtures such as sinks, faucets, showers, and toilets. Ensure water supply systems are functioning properly.
• Leak Detection & Prevention: Identify and repair leaks, fix water pressure issues, and ensure the system is in good working condition.

Time: Full Time
