The job holder is responsible for working with the Facilities Manager to ensure that all facilities are maintained regularly and repairs are resolved promptly.

Operational Standards and Management

· Conduct preventive maintenance of equipment as per the schedule prepared in line with equipments manual

· Conduct breakdown maintenace in prompt manner to keep down time as minimum as possible.

· Trouble shooting of elecrical faults, Trip in electrical system

· Attending basic AC complaints and plumbing complaints

· Maintenance of Faullt record to monitor the the down time of the outlet.

· Provide requirements of spare parts required to attend the call

· Proper management of spare parts stock to keep downtime minimum

· Keep all tools in proper maintained conditions

· Ensure maitenance is carried out with calibrated instruments wherever required.

Analysing the faults and take necessary corrective action to avoid any reoccurrence of problem
