Electrician – Facilities Management

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join the Nascom Facility Management Team. The selected candidate will report directly to the Chief of Hard Services and the Facility Management Director and will be responsible for handling electrical maintenance and operations across assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting works in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
• Handle both domestic and industrial-level electrical systems.
• Perform maintenance and fault diagnosis on 3-phase systems, transformers, switchgears, and Ring Main Units (RMU).
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Perform maintenance work on live electrical systems when required, following strict safety protocols and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate with management regarding technical issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrician within the Facilities Management industry (mandatory).
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory); Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering will be preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with 3-phase systems, transformers, switchgears, and RMU
• Proven ability to safely work on live electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
• Leadership ability with experience guiding or supervising a team.
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory); Arabic will be an added advantage.
