Job Title: Electrician (Facility Management & Water Treatment Maintenance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Electrician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will have solid GCC experience in electrical maintenance, facility management, and water treatment system maintenance. The role requires the ability to work independently and within a team, respond to emergency call-outs, and ensure the smooth operation of electrical and water treatment equipment.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of GCC experience as an Electrician.
• Valid GCC/UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proven experience in Water Treatment Plant Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), including maintenance of associated electrical and control systems.
• Experience in facility management services is highly desirable.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to attend emergency breakdowns and on-call duties, including nighttime assignments when required.
• Strong technical knowledge with a focus on precision, quality workmanship, and attention to detail.
• Ability to diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently.
• Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of water treatment systems, including pumps, control panels, motors, dosing systems, and related electrical equipment.
• Execute maintenance activities under Water Treatment AMC contracts and ensure compliance with service schedules.
• Support facility management operations by maintaining building electrical systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants (STP), reverse osmosis (RO) systems, or related water treatment facilities.
• Knowledge of electrical control systems, motors, pumps, PLCs, and instrumentation used in water treatment applications.
