We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our growing team and help us expand our client base in the facility maintenance sector.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and develop sales strategies to grow our facility maintenance business across the UAE.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the facility management industry.</li><li>Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and present customized service solutions.</li><li>Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and report on progress to management.</li><li>Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or BTECH</li><li>2-4 years of experience in sales within the facility management or related industries.</li><li>Strong understanding of facility maintenance services, products, and market trends.</li><li>Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (required for travel across locations).</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in the UAE market is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of local facility management regulations and industry standards.</li><li>Strong understanding of integrated facility services, including both hard and soft services</li><li>Proven success in negotiating and closing high-value contracts</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex client requirement</li></ul>Candidates who meet the above criteria and with at least 4 years&rsquo; experience may please send your updated resume along with a recent photograph.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Visa Status &amp; noticed period?</li><li>How much your current salary?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Direct Sales experience in Facility Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE driving licence (Required)</li></ul>
