Project Skills Solutions is expanding our South London team and we’re looking for skilled Electricians to deliver high‑quality testing, inspection, and remedial work within domestic and social housing properties.

Role Responsibilities
Complete EICR testing and produce accurate, compliant certification
Carry out electrical repairs, remedials, rewires, and consumer unit upgrades
Install/replace smoke alarms, CO alarms, and lighting systems
Upgrade both domestic and communal lighting to energy‑efficient LED systems
Work safely and professionally in occupied and void properties
Ensure all work meets NICEIC standards and internal quality requirements

£33,500 – £38,000 salary, negotiable based on experience
6‑month salary review based on performance
Company van & fuel card (parking & congestion paid)

What You Need
18th Edition (C&G 2382)
Level 3 Electrical Installation + AM2
Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 / 2392 / 2394 / 2395)
Proven experience in domestic or social housing EICRs & remedial work
Full UK Driving Licence & valid ECS Card
Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads
Flexibility to support nearby areas when required
