Electrician (Luxury Hospitality)

An Electrician in a luxury hotel or resort ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all electrical systems and equipment. This role is critical to maintaining guest comfort, safety, and the overall high standards expected in luxury hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, lighting, and equipment in guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform timely repairs to minimize operational disruption.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all electrical systems comply with safety regulations and luxury standards.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems or upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and hotel SOPs.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues to safeguard guests and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end facilities.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and equipment commonly found in hospitality environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.
• Professional, proactive, and guest-service oriented.
