Job Title: Multi-Specialist Technician (Electrician, Plumber, and AC Technician)

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Specialist Technician to perform maintenance, installation, and repair services across electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and experience working with various systems to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, pipe repairs, and fixture installations.

Install, service, and repair air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment.

Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance.

Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards, building codes, and regulations.

Collaborate with clients to assess needs and provide technical advice and solutions.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Order and manage supplies and tools needed for various tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Electrician, Plumber, and AC Technician or relevant combination.

Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Electrician license, Plumbing license, HVAC certification).

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, plumbing codes, and HVAC systems.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces.

Working Conditions:

May be required to work in various environments, including construction sites, homes, and commercial buildings.

Flexible hours, including potential emergency call-outs.

Pay: RO10.000 - RO12.000 per day
