Electricians Job Duties:
- Perform regular inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures within the building.
- Diagnose electrical issues and carry out corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Install, maintain, and repair wiring, control systems, lighting systems, and electrical equipment.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to avoid equipment failure.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations, safety codes, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and electrical documentation.
- Identify electrical hazards and implement corrective safety measures.
- Maintain generators, UPS systems, circuit breakers, transformers, panels, and other electrical components.
- Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, and other maintenance teams to support building operations.
- Monitor energy usage and recommend energy-efficient solutions.
- Respond to electrical emergencies and breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide on-call support as required for urgent electrical maintenance needs.
HVAC Technicians Job Duties:
- Install, inspect, service, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, ventilation units, chillers, split units, ducting, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce breakdowns and maintain system efficiency.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, replace faulty components, and ensure proper system operation.
- Monitor HVAC system performance and adjust settings to improve climate control and energy efficiency.
- Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, recovery, and recordkeeping in compliance with environmental standards.
- Maintain and clean coils, filters, ducts, motors, fans, thermostats, and related equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with safety rules, environmental regulations, and manufacturer standards.
- Maintain detailed service logs, maintenance records, and reports on repairs and inspections.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent equipment damage or safety risks.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and facility teams for integrated maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support during HVAC-related upgrades, replacements, or project installations.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and support after-hours services when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in building or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, wiring schematics, and safety standards.
Ability to use electrical testing tools (multimeters, insulation testers, etc.).
Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in commercial or residential building maintenance.
Knowledge of BMS (Building Management System) is a plus.
Valid electrical technician license or certification
