Crowd Control &amp; Safety<ul><li>Monitor crowd behavior and ensure smooth flow of foot traffic.</li><li>Assist in enforcing event policies, including age restrictions and entry protocols.</li><li>Support emergency procedures and report safety concerns immediately.</li><li>Check guest credentials or passes at access points.</li></ul>4. Vendor &amp; Performer Assistance<ul><li>Help vendors or performers load in/load out.</li><li>Provide directions, schedules, or assistance during the event.</li><li>Relay messages or updates between organizers and participants.</li></ul>5. Maintenance &amp; Cleanliness<ul><li>Keep event areas clean and tidy throughout the event.</li><li>Restock supplies like water, napkins, or sanitizer stations.</li><li>Collect trash and empty bins regularly.</li><li>Report any damages or maintenance needs promptly.</li></ul>6. Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Follow instructions from supervisors or event managers.</li><li>Use radios or phones to stay in contact with the event team.</li><li>Coordinate with catering, security, tech, and other staff as needed.</li><li>Adapt to changing needs or unexpected issues during the event.</li></ul>7.
