- Provide honest advice regarding visa success chances and suitable options.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals.
- Guide clients in preparing necessary documents for visa applications.
- Coordinate with the processing team to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.
- Keep updated with immigration policies, rules, and program changes.
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the process.
- Handle client queries, complaints, or concerns promptly.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups (CRM/Excel/Company System).
- Report daily/weekly sales activities to management.
