Service Sales Representative (Water pumps)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or related field.

3+ years of experience in sales or service of rotating equipment/pumps.

Strong technical knowledge of pumps, rotating equipment, and related accessories.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development
• Promote aftermarket services, including maintenance, repair, spare parts, and retrofitting of rotating equipment/pumps.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.

Customer Engagement

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and establish connections with potential clients.
• Conduct site visits and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.

Technical Support

• Offer technical advice and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Market Research

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.
• Identify gaps in customer requirements and suggest improvements in service offerings.

Reporting

• Track sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports.
• Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements.
