The Electro Mechanic I is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC troubleshooting and motor controls, to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

Work with PLC systems and industrial motor controls

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Support production teams by minimizing equipment downtime

Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and repairs

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards

Assist in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
Must-Have Skills

Industrial manufacturing or military maintenance experience

Hands-on experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment

PLC troubleshooting experience

Knowledge of industrial motor controls
Required Skills

Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills

Preventive and corrective maintenance experience

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
