Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Join our manufacturing team and take ownership of keeping complex machinery running safely and efficiently. If you’ve cut your teeth in automotive or factory maintenance, you’ll feel right at home.

Your impact

  • Quickly identify root causes and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
  • Complete routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and building systems.
  • Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to guide repairs and improvements.
  • Document all maintenance activities with accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with production to reduce downtime and drive efficiency gains.
  • Assist with equipment installations, retrofits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion safety practices and follow all company policies.

Must-haves

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Hands-on machine repair experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfort with hydraulics and pneumatics (bonus if you’ve worked extensively with either).
  • Automotive maintenance background is strongly considered.
  • Ability to read and apply technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver who can work both solo and in a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Welding and fabrication capabilities.
  • Experience with Fanuc controls (CNC or robotic) is desirable.
