Duties

• Perform professional electrolysis procedures to remove unwanted hair using specialized equipment and techniques.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, skin health, and available aesthetic options to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed client records using salon software systems like MINDBODY to track treatments, preferences, and progress.
• Ensure all treatment areas meet strict sanitation standards by following proper sterilization protocols for equipment and tools.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, scheduling appointments efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and new techniques in esthetic laser treatment, hair threading, nail care, and other beauty services to continually enhance your skills.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrologist or in related esthetic fields such as cosmetology or barbering.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques to recommend products that complement treatments and boost client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of salon management software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Hands-on experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin procedures, dermabrasion, and makeup application is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
