ELECTROMECHANICAL SUPERVISOR FOR (CRANE, DOORS & LIFTS)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electromechanical Supervisor to oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of cranes, automatic doors, and lifts/elevators. The candidate will be responsible for supervising technical teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high operational standards across all electromechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of cranes, elevators/lifts, and automatic doors
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Lead and coordinate technicians and subcontractors on site
• Ensure all works comply with UAE safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local regulations
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electromechanical equipment
• Identify faults, prepare technical reports, and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and management for smooth operations
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts usage
• Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and safe work practices at all times

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electromechanical / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cranes, lifts/elevators, and automatic doors
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience in supervising maintenance teams
• Familiar with UAE safety regulations and work practices
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
