Electromechanical Technical Office Engineer

High Control Technical Contracting LLC is a UAE-based contracting company specialized in MEP and construction works.

We are currently looking for an experienced Electromechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze electromechanical tender documents (Electrical & Mechanical).
• Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare cost estimation and material take-offs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material quotations.
• Prepare, modify, and update shop drawings as per project requirements.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals.
• Coordinate with other departments and handle all tender-related correspondence.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in estimation or technical office (MEP projects).
• Strong knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems.
• Strong ability to prepare and revise shop drawings based on site and design changes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• UAE experience in MEP projects is preferred.
