Electronic Process Engineer

We are looking for a colleague in the position of "Process Engineer" to work in our company and evaluate in our electronics department.

Qualifications:

· Preferably a graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field,

· At least 3 years of experience in electronic board manufacturing processes,

· Capable of operating Wave Soldering Machines and adjusting profiles,

· Experienced in using Router Machines (for PCB depaneling),

· Ability to design pallets used for mounting electronic boards,

· Chemical knowledge related to soldering processes,

· Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking,

· Ability to diagnose machine faults and take necessary corrective actions.

Job Description:

· Optimize and improve electronic board manufacturing processes,

· Ensure proper functioning of Wave Soldering Machines and Router Machines, making adjustments as needed,

· Design palets for use in the manufacturing process and work on continuous improvement,

· Diagnose and coordinate the maintenance and repair of machines,

· Analyze manufacturing processes and develop improvement projects to increase efficiency,

· Monitor chemical processes to ensure the quality of soldering,

· Collaborate with related teams to improve overall production quality
