Responsibilities:
Forecast, plan, and procure electronic raw materials (PCBs, ICs, connectors, sensors, etc.).
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance cost and availability.
Track lead times, MOQ, and material costs for production planning.
Ensure quality compliance and coordinate with QC/QA teams.
Manage vendor relationships and resolve supply issues.
Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and alternate sourcing.
Maintain accurate records (POs, GRNs, stock reports).
Work closely with R&D, production, and finance teams for material requirements.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of electronic components and supply chain practices.
Hands-on experience with procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
Proficiency in ERP/Excel tools for material planning.
Negotiation and cost-optimization skills.
Understanding of lead time and sourcing challenges in electronics industry.
Education & Experience:
Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in electronic component procurement/material management.
