Electronic Technician - KSA

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Setup: Overseeing the installation and connection of new appliances, ensuring they are properly configured and functioning according to specifications.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of appliance malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance checks and services on appliances to prevent future breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by explaining technical issues clearly, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Technical Guidance: Mentoring and training junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices in appliance repair.
• Inventory Management: Managing parts inventory to ensure timely repairs and minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and service calls.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in appliance repair and maintenance in KSA.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in appliance repair, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex appliance issues effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to explain technical information to customers and colleagues.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in diagnosing and repairing appliances, as well as maintaining records.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other technicians and collaborate with customer service teams.
