Moog is hiring a Business Unit General Manager (BUGM) for our Electronics & Integrated Systems Business Unit within the Space Division. Reporting to the Space Sector Sr. Vice President, this leadership role will oversee the newly consolidated operations spanning the former independent product lines that now make up the integrated Electronics & Integrated Systems portfolio. This integrated business is a foundational element of Moog’s Space portfolio, with significant opportunities for operational alignment, strategic growth, and customer partnership.
You will be responsible for full Business Unit Profit and Loss performance and leadership of the functions supporting the portfolio—including Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Development. You will guide the business through the transition to a unified operating model and drive strategic and financial success.

Phoenix, AZ $225,000.00–$325,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
