Electronics Design Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly competent Electronics Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, validation, and production support of electronic hardware for embedded and industrial applications. This role requires strong technical fundamentals, hands-on design expertise, and the ability to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic circuits
• Prepare schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation
• Perform component selection and generate Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Prototype, test, debug, and validate electronic designs
• Design and analyze power supply circuits (Buck, Boost, LDO)
• Support hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, and design improvements
• Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, ESD, and safety standards
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams
• Provide support during production, testing, and field issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 2–5+ years of professional experience in electronics hardware design
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics
• Experience working with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, or similar)
• Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, RS485)
• Hands-on experience with electronic test and measurement equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned design responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, IoT, or sensor-based products
• Understanding of EMC/ESD design and compliance requirements
• Basic knowledge of embedded firmware development (C/C++)
• Experience supporting products through manufacturing and production

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
