Job Responsibilities
Electronics Engineer (PLC Programming)
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot electronic control systems for industrial automation.
- Program, test, and maintain PLC systems (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta / Schneider, depending on your experience).
- Create and modify ladder logic, function block diagrams (FBD), and structured text programs for automated machinery.
- Install and configure sensors, actuators, VFDs, controllers, and other industrial electronic components.
- Conduct system diagnostics and resolve faults in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and control panels.
- Develop wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical documents.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance of control systems to reduce downtime.
- Integrate PLCs with HMIs and SCADA systems for monitoring and control.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams to ensure smooth system operation.
- Test newly programmed systems on-site and ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
- Optimize automation processes to improve productivity, reliability, and system efficiency.
- Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to operators and maintenance staff.
