Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Electronics Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in retail sales, strong client-facing skills, and solid technical knowledge of electronics products such as CCTV cameras, dash cams, smart home systems, and mobile accessories. The role requires actively promoting products, assisting customers, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide professional product recommendations
• Promote and sell electronics devices including CCTV systems, dash cams, smart home devices, and mobile accessories
• Explain product features, specifications, and brand differences clearly to customers
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain product displays and ensure shop cleanliness and organization
• Stay updated on latest electronics products, brands, and technologies
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and basic after-sales support
• Assist in inventory tracking and stock management
• Build strong relationships with walk-in customers and repeat clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or technology products
• Strong knowledge of electronics devices, brands, and specifications (CCTV, dash cams, smart devices, mobile accessories)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to promote products and close sales effectively
• Basic understanding of networking and smart systems is a plus
• Customer service oriented with a professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, Excel, or similar)
• Arabic and basic English communication skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electronics retail stores
• Technical background in electronics or IT
• Experience in CCTV or smart home systems configuration

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
