Temel Görev ve Sorumluluklar:

• İmalatta kullanılan elektrikli cihaz ve makinaların elektrikle ilgili problemlerini gidermek ve bakımını yapmak,
• İmalat bölümlerinden gelen HOLİSTECH arıza bildirimlerini inceleyip, iş yüküne göre planlamak ve bakımını yapmak,
• HOLİSTECH kayıtlarının güncellenmesine katkıda bulunmak,
• Fabrika içerisinde yapılan sürekli geliştirme projelerinde yapılması gereken elektrik tesisat, pano ve montaj işlemlerini yapmak,
• Arıza ve sürekli geliştirme projelerinde temel olarak eletirikle ilgili çalışmaları yapmak, gerektiğinde hidrolik, pnömatik ve mekanik çalışmalarını da yapmak,
• Fabrika AG ve ara dağıtım panoları enerji besleme, dağıtım sistemini çalışır konumda tutmak, manevralarını yapmak ve periyodik bakımlarını yapmak,
• Gece vardiyalarında yardımcı tesis ekipman ve cihazlarını (havalandırma üniteleri,chillerle, kompresörler, yangın sistemi, deionize su ünitesi) gerektiğinde çalışır konumda tutmak,
• Fabrika geneli elektrik sarfiyatlarını ve reaktif güç harcamalarını haftalık olarak kontrol etmek,
• Yardımcı tesisler teknisyeni olmadığı zamanlarda OG , telefon santralı, yangın pompa motoru ve generatör akülerinin su seviye ve şarjlarının günlük kontrollerini yapmak,
• Üretim bandında bulunan makinelerin elektrik periyodik bakımlarını yapmak,
• Periyodik bakım yapılması gereken bir işlem tespit edildiğinde, ilgili brimlere bilgi vererek , periyodik bakımın sisteme alınmasını sağlamak,
• Ekipmanlarda kullanılan ve ihtiyaç duyulan yedek parçaların tespitini yapmak ve parçanın temin edilmesi için takım liderine bilgi vermek.

Gereklilikler:

• Elektrik Teknisyeni olarak 3+ yıl deneyim,
• Şirketin Sağlık ve Güvenlik Politikalarını bilmek,
• Çalışma zamanını etkili ve verimli kullanmak,
• Çevre, kalite ve İSG kurallarına uymak,
• Değişime açık olmak ve değişen koşullara uyum sağlamak,
• Ekip çalışmasına yatkın olmak,
• Genel iş etiği kurallarına uygun hareket etmek,
• İşyerindeki çalışma prensiplerine uygun hareket etmek,
• Uygun (sözlü veya sözlü olmayan) iletişim becerileri sergilemek.
