Elementary ELA & Math Tutor - Part Time, in Person in Lake City

About the student

• kindergarten, 1st grade, and 3rd grade student (3 siblings)
• The students needs to work with a tutor for support with ELA (reading & writing) & math skills.
• All 3 students are at varying stages, but they each need support with reading and math. The family wants the tutor to go over the fundamentals for their grade levels to ensure they're caught up and set up with a strong academic foundation for the rest of their schooling career.
• The goal is for all three students to be excellent at math, reading and writing!
• Family wants 1-2 hour sessions 1-3 times a week, either between 3pm-6pm, any day Monday through Friday or between 7am-10pm Saturday or Sunday.
• Family is seeking a tutor who can meet at their home in Lake City next to Lake Harris.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have prior experience working with elementary students.
• Ideal candidates will have prior experience teaching/tutoring elementary ELA & math skills.
• Willing to travel within your preferred local radius to meet the student (typically 5-10 miles)
• Due to insurance requirements, applicants must not be a minor.

Student Availability

MON-FRI: 3:00pm-6:00pm

SAT-SUN: 7:00am-10:00pm

Pay & Benefits

• $30.00-$35.00 per hour
