Elementary General Music/Vocal Music Teacher

We are looking for an Elementary General Music/Vocal Music Teacher to join our District. This position is to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment and to assist every student in reaching his/her fullest potential. The Elementary Music Teacher is to act as a positive role model for students and to fulfill the Mission of the District.

We are looking for qualified candidates who leads with kindness, professionalism, thoughtfulness, integrity, strength, and compassion as well as someone who can clearly articulate a vision for our elementary school that aligns with our mission and goals

• New York State Certification, appropriate to assigned area
• Familiarity with classroom routine
• Ability to establish good relationships with children and others
