• Provide engaging academic instruction tailored to scholars with social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Build strong, supportive relationships that foster trust and growth
• Work collaboratively with behavior assistants, behavior coaches, counselors, and staff to create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
