Are you passionate about helping young learners thrive emotionally, socially, and academically? We are looking for a compassionate and committed Elementary School Counselor to join our team and support the foundational development of our students during their early school years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide age-appropriate individual and group counseling sessions to support emotional and social development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate for all students.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student well-being and academic success.
• Help students build essential skills such as emotional regulation, communication, and conflict resolution.
• Identify and address behavioral or learning challenges early, and refer students to appropriate services when needed.
• Develop and deliver proactive guidance lessons aligned with student needs and school goals.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field.
• Certification as a School Counselor is preferred.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school or counseling setting.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and collaboration skills.
