At Plenum, teachers are expected to:

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge standards & school academic plans
• Submit lesson plans on time (≥90%) and track student progress through fair assessments and timely feedback
• Act as mentors in discipline, values, and life skills, modeling Plenum’s SCORE values (Standards, Coach, Ownership, Respect, Evolve)
• Contribute to hostel supervision, student activities, and pastoral care in a boarding school environment
• Embrace professional development, English immersion, and technology adoption
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and leadership to support student growth

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Elementary Education or any subject with a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or equivalent: B.Ed preferred.
• Strong foundation in child-centered teaching methods (activity-based, play-based, experiential learning).
• Ability to teach multiple subjects (English, Math, EVS, basic Science) at foundational level.
• Understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
• Patience, empathy, and creativity in handling younger learners.
• Experience with phonics, reading programs, and numeracy building is a plus.
• Ability to build classroom routines and discipline suited for younger children without authoritarian methods.
• Strong English communication (training support available)
• Proficiency with technology and willingness to use smart classrooms
• Boarding school experience is a plus

• Salary Range: ₹30000 – ₹45000 per month
