Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educating young minds, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students reach their full potential. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic and social development of our students.

Duties:

• Create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Implement effective teaching strategies to promote active learning and student engagement.
• Provide a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other evaluation tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the overall well-being and academic success of students.
• Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance learning experiences.

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Engagement with the local community is desirable.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other database systems.
• A solid understanding of the K-5 curriculum and instructional strategies and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
• State teaching certification/license or eligible for temporary certification.
• Proven experience working with school-age children.
• Strong knowledge of Mathematics concepts and ability to teach them effectively.
• Experience in working within a general education classroom setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom environment.
• Ability to educate and inspire young learners through innovative teaching methods.
• Proficient in Learning technology tools for educational purposes.
• Experience in Curriculum development and adapting lessons to meet individual student needs.
• Strong ability to write effectively and communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,800.00 - $63,500.00 per year
